For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request your bank account, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or other suitable payment details to process the refund.

7. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

  • An incorrect product sent by NexBuy

NexBuy may cover the applicable return shipping cost.

If a return is approved for another reason, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
